Thank you for choosing Gecko Coffee. We value your trust and appreciate your business. Our goal is to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase and enjoys a premium coffee experience. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully.

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we maintain a strict no returns policy once our products have been opened. Each product undergoes rigorous inspection to meet our high-quality standards before shipping. 

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged (the plastic safety seal around our boxes is broken), contacts us within 3 days.

Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows delivery, but you have not received your package, check with neighbors or your local post office. If unresolved, contact us within 3 days to have us assist you with filing a claim with the carrier.

We take fraud prevention seriously and reserve the right to cancel any order we suspect to be fraudulent, issuing a refund to the original payment method. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
